Ethical & Cruelty Free

Beauty and fashion has been a hobby of mine for as long as I can remember. As a little girl I used to march around in heels that were way too big for me while wearing my mom's lipstick, my grandmother's perfume, my aunts bracelets that were stacked halfway up my arm, and her sunglasses that almost completely covered my face. It did strike me at one point though, that I wasn't really certain where all my clothes and beauty products were being made, how they were made and most importantly, who made them. This section will not only talk about cruelty free makeup, ethical/fair trade clothing, but also stereotypes and cultural appropriation vs cultural appreciation. Everything here is food for thought!
